Mi querido temario / My beloved oposición books

Ya está. Al fin me encontraste. Intenté irme lejos. Pero la amiga de una amiga te ha traído hasta mí. Has atravesado mares, has cruzado fronteras, has pasado de mano en mano, hasta encontrarme.
Y ayer alguien te trajo a mí, envuelto en tu pequeño paquete. Te vi, te sentí, luego te desnudé suavemente. Te abrí. Y leí tus primeras hojas. Y encontré grandes promesas de sabiduría. Y supe que era solo las primeras de las muchas horas que vamos a pasar juntos.
Y no lo pude evitar, te llevé a conocer a mis amigos, te los presenté, te sonrieron y sopesaron tu presencia en tu vida. Y luego te llevé conmigo a conocer Nueva York por la noche, a beber cervezas, a bailar, a conocer gente... Y por primera vez en varias semanas vi amanecer, y llegué a casa a las siete.
No lo puedo evitar mi amor, vienes trayéndome recuerdos de aquella gran traidora, y nada más verte solo puedo salir a bailar disfrutar. Este, temario, es el efecto que tienes en mí.

And I could not avoid it, I took you to meet my friends, I introduced you to them: They smiled at you and realised how important you are in my life. And then I took you with me to know New York by night, to drink beer, to dance, to meet new people… And for the first in the last few weeks I saw the sun rising and got home at seven.
I can’t avoid it, my love, you come to me bringing memories of that big traitor and, as soon as I see you, I just have to go out to dance and enjoy. This, dear oposicion book, is the effect you have on me.
